Relaxing family stay

Stayed here for 9 nights with the family. Check-in was fast and Grace at the reception was amazing. Asked her if I can get a corner room with a view and she didn’t disappoint. She changed our existing room to #527. We could see Big Buddha and partial ocean view (couldn’t be more happier) from our balcony. The room was well presented and spacious. We had half board and a few drinks as part of our package and the food and cocktails were very delicious. We ate most of the time here. 7-11 is few hundred meters away which was very convenient. Pool was never overcrowded and we always found sun beds. Our kids had a ball in all 3 pools. VR room as well as pool scooter was a great experience for kids. Special thanks to Grace, Rung (room service), Atika (in the restaurant) and Kun in the massage service. The lady who made our cocktails was awesome. Can’t remember the name of the lady who was making crepes and pancakes. Kids loved them. Thank you for making so many of them for our kids. Massimo (GM) was always making sure everything was perfect at the resort, was doing little things by himself than letting the staff to do them. We couldn’t find any issues at the place except 2 1) smoking area being next to the main restaurant/entrance. Would be nice to put it on the side 2) we stayed here for 9 nights and breakfast after 5/6 day seemed repetitive. Thank you Novotel for your hospitality.

Wonderful Stay at the resort

Wonderful resort for the family and there were lot of families staying in the hotel. The beach is 5 mins walk but coming back from beach is a steep climb.The hotel has a shuttle every hour to the beach. The rooms was very big and spacious and the staff is the best, very polite and ready to take care of you especially Grace. Overall highly recommend the resort for a nice and wonderful stay.

A great place to stay with very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were nice and clean, nothing too fancy. Restaurant at the hotel was good. Had a decent selection for breakfast and a nice Thai/western menu for lunch and dinner. The swim up bar is definitely a highlight. The only downfall, although minor to me is the giant hill that the hotel sits on it's quite steep to walk up, luckily a tuk tuk in only 200 baht.

We had an amazing experience with the best room and service available! We were so happy with the room and beautiful view from our balcony. The food from the restaurant was great and never felt hungry after Special thanks to Pure, Grace and Fon for the great customer service
